8 Introduction. Hon Sec welcomed all members and covered the admin points before observing one minute’s silence in memory of those who had lost their lives since our last meeting on 03 June 2023. 1. Points from 2 GR Trust Meeting held on 23 May 2024 (HELD ONLINE). Chairman highlighted the salient points discussed and decided at the meeting. This was the last formal meeting of the Trustees which Capt Karna Bahadur Thapa attended as the representative for Major Yambahadur Gurung and Captain Bharat Singh Thapa Chhetri from Nepal. a. Disposal of Trust Assets. The final entitlement for both the Sirmoor Club Nepal and the Gurkha Memorial Museum Pokhara had already been transferred to Nepal.
