No amendment is valid if it would cause a fundamental change to the

Objectives.

14.

DISSOLUTION

14.1

If at any time the members at a General Meeting decide to dissolve the

Association, the members of the Committee will remain in post and will be

responsible for the orderly winding up of the Association’s affairs. This shall be

carried out in close liaison with (SCN), ((SCUK) and the Trustees of the 2GR

Trust Fund.
