A reasonable rent or hiring fee for property let or hired to the
Association. Only if approved and granted by the Trustees and/or there is
sufficient fund in the account that can be dispensed solely for the benefit of the
members.
(c)
An indemnity in respect of any liabilities properly incurred in the
running of the Association (including the costs of a successful defence to
criminal proceedings). It has to be approved and granted by the Trustees.
(d)
Any Committee Member who possesses specialist skills or knowledge,
and any firm or company of which such a person is a member or employee,
may charge and be paid reasonable fees for work carried out for the
Association. Only if approved and granted by the Trustees and/or there is
sufficient fund in the account that can be utilized for the benefit of the
members.
9.4 Association Property:
Association’s property will be maintained and
accounted for by the Property Member as per the property list.

AUDITING OF ACCOUNTS:
11.1
The Executive Committee (EC) shall prepare the statement of accounts
covering the financial period (01 Apr – 31 Mar) each year.
11.2
The Executive Committee (EC) shall ensure that arrangement of auditing of
2GR Association-UK (Sirmoor Sathies’) accounts be carried out each year.
11.3
The auditing period shall be arranged in such a way so that the Treasurer may
be able to submit the financial report for that financial year at the AGM.
